The Court has jurisdiction, in Class 2, to resolve applications under the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006 (the Trees Act).

The Court has prepared notes explaining how the Trees Act works, what the court can do, how to make an application, how the application will be dealt with, and what orders the Court can make.

These pages outline:

  • appeals that can be made in this Class
  • who has rights of appeal
  • when the appeal must be made
  • how to file an appeal
  • what to expect during the process of the appeal.
