Court Attire Policy5 May 2009On 1 May 2009 the Chief Judge issued a new
Court attire policy. The policy applies also to proceedings in Class 8 of the Court's jurisdiction.Mining jurisdiction27 March 2009From 7 April 2009, the Land and Environment Court will have jurisdiction to hear and dispose of proceedings under the
Mining Act 1992 and the
