Commissioners (including Acting Commissioners)

Any persons requiring to contact a Commissioner of the Court should contact the Court's registry on 9113 8200 and leave details of your request.

If you urgently need to contact a particular Commissioner after-hours in relation to attendance at a hearing (for example, flooding onsite, illness of a participant), you should telephone the Court's after-hours mobile phone on 0418 261 958. A Registrar will answer your call and put you in contact with the Commissioner.

For parties wishing to submit material (for example, conditions of consent) to Commissioners for Court purposes, contact the Court Registry and ask for the Commissioner's Support section.
